MTK Partners Ltd. was formed in 2008 with specific goals in the area of energy production from renewable sources.
After changes made in the Bulgarian law (Renewable and Alternative Energy Sources and Bio fuels Act) - Prom. SG. 49/19.06.2007, amended SG. 98/14.11.2008, into force since 14.11.2008 assures the buy back of the produced electricity for 25 year period.) Private, public investors, venture and investment funds becoming more active in the region with specific needs, opened the need of wide range products and services found in one place.
